Eagles
La banda californiana de country y rock la formaron Glen Frey y Don Henley en Los Ángeles en 1971. Llamaron a Bernie Leadon (guitarra, banjo, mandolina) y Randy Meisner (bajo). A ellos se les unieron posteriormente Don Felder (guitarra), Joe Walsh (guitarra y coros) y Timothy B. Schmit (bajo y coros). De Hotel California, decía Don Henley que «es una canción sobre el lado oscuro del sueño americano, y sobre el exceso en los Estados Unidos, algo que conocíamos muy bien». (Wikipedia).
